چکیده
The accumulation of spent carbide (YG8), not only pollutes the environment but also causes waste tungsten, cobalt and other rare metal resources. To better address this issue, we proposed a combined electrochemical separation process low-temperature aqueous solution high-temperature molten salt for tungsten cobalt. H2WO4 was obtained from in an solution, calcined it to obtain WO3, which used as raw material by using electrodeposition. influence current efficiency behavior discharge precipitation W(VI) were studied. calcination results showed that morphology WO3 regular there no impurities. maximum 82.91% achieved series electrodeposition experiments. According XRD SEM analysis, recovered product high purity belongs simple cubic crystal system. In reduction mechanism experiments, NaCl-Na2WO4-WO3 investigated linear scanning voltammetry (LSV) chronoamperometry three-electrode LSV reduced at cathode two steps electrode reaction controlled diffusion. fitting nucleation instantaneous mode, diffusion coefficient 7.379×10−10 cm2·s−1.

Our R & D work was focused on the electro deposition of Zinc from imidazole as low temperature molten salt (LTMS) electrolyte with zinc chloride as a supporting salt at <100o C., without required controls from the previous existing non aqueous baths as well additive free system for the zinc deposition. Surface morphological studies and crystallographic orientation results were evaluated.

Production of silicon film directly by electrodeposition from molten salt would have utility in the manufacturing of photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices owing to the simplicity of the process and the attendant low capital and operating costs. Here, dense and uniform polycrystalline silicon films (thickness up to 60 μm) are electrodeposited on graphite sheet substrates at 650 °C from molten ...
